Fred has over 15 years of experience as a fitness instructor but his real love is Yoga. He has practiced on and off throughout his adult life & became a dedicated practitioner in 2010. He did his 200 hour Teacher Training Program at 532Yoga in Alexandria and obtained certification during the fall of 2012. His training was from mixed disciples of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Dharma, and Viniyoga. Fred feels yoga is much more than just being Flexible and Athletic; and his classes reflect this. He incorporates meditation and breath work into every class. His Vinyasa is smooth and sequenced with the breath with simple asanas to allow for inner focus and evolution into a meditative state.
