All Levels Vinyasa Flow
All Levels Vinyasa Class. This Class will strengthen and challenge your practice. Instructors will offer multiple modifications for poses, to allow all individuals to be challenged. Adjustments are often provided. Beginners’ classes and Level 1 Classes are recommended for newcomers. All Levels Vinyasa Power Hour Power Vinyasa Flow class with concentration on strength and movement. This fast paced class packs everything into an hour class. Be ready to sweat. All levels welcome and multiple variations are offered throughout the class. Beginner Gentle Flow Beginner class designed for working through injuries and bodies new to yoga. This hatha style class is perfect for those new to yoga, working through injuries, or older clients new to yoga. Level 1/ Foundations Level 1 classes are designed for newcomers to Yoga, advanced beginners, individuals working through injuries, or yogis looking for gentle stretch. This Class is designed to develop an understanding of proper alignment of Yoga asanas and breathing techniques. The focus is on basic standing, seated, and balancing poses. |
Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow
Strong level 1 and 2 practitioners. Moderate pace, infusing the practice with alignment, bandhas, and breath work. This class is taking the fundamentals to the next level. Expect arm balances, inversions and the components of jumping that equate to floating and flying. Level 2/3 Vinyasa Flow Strong level 2 and 3 practitioners. Moderate to increased pace from the level 1/2. Expect arm balances, inversions and the components of jumping that equate to floating and flying. Not for beginners. Sunday Morning Stretch Gentle Vinyasa Yoga class with concentration on deep stretching. Long warm-up, with concentration on energetic stretching.
