Gail Allen

Gail is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and has been a practitioner in various styles for the past 11 years. She conveys her enthusiasm for life and yoga through her physically challenging classes that focus on strength, flexibility and proper body alignment. Her classes also emphasize mindfulness through the use of pranayama cuing. Gail's classes are always interesting and fun due to her use of innovative asana combinations.
While formerly an attorney, Gail realized that her true passion revolved around family, friends, and sharing her love of yoga with others. Unlike the legal profession, yoga has taught her to live in the present and nurture a sense of balance both physically and mentally.
