As a lifelong athlete, Jenn understands the importance of creating a work-life balance and incorporating yoga into a daily routine. Jenn completed her Master's degree in Public Health in 2013. She was inspired by a focus on health and wellness and went on to complete a 200-hr teacher training with LifePower Yoga at Lifetime. There Jennifer discovered her passion for one-on-one focused training in yoga. Join her and learn how yoga is about healing the body.
