Jesse Breslerman

Jesse began his practice began in the summer of 2002 after a nearly crippling mountain biking accident. Through combining meditation and Hatha style yoga, he felt healthier - mentally, physically, and spiritually. He spent the next three years, traveling the country, and experiencing different disciplines of yoga – from Kundalini, Ashtanga, to Vinyasa Hatha - and from different levels of teachers.
In the Summer of 2008, Jesse moved to Baja, Mexico to take classes at Yandara Yoga, which moved his practice further and allowed his to develop his own ‘Chi meets Vinyasa’ style of practice which he is proud to share with his clients today. He has also studied at the Satchidananda Ashram and holds a 200hr certification from Jonny Kest.
