Natasha Romano, ISHTA 200 RYT, discovered yoga in 2007 after having had knee surgery. Years of aerobics, running and cardio classes caught up with her when the doctor advised against any high impact activity. Yoga not only became Natasha’s preferred choice of exercise, it became a way of life and a transformation that went on to affect all those who know her. Through the encouragement of friends, Natasha began teaching yoga and Warrior One Yoga was born. Natasha studied with YogaFit International, Shiva Rae, and most recently studied with Alan Finger, completing the SHTA Teacher Training Program. She has studied various styles of hatha yoga including Baptiste, Anusara, Tantra and Vinyasa. Natasha infuses her studies, life experience and passion for yoga in the classes she teaches. Natasha teaches internationally and locally in North Potomac, offering private sessions, group classes, corporate yoga and kids classes. Natasha’s inspiration comes from family, friends, and life experiences!
