- Understand the biomechanics of forward bends, back bends, twists, hip openers, inversion, and arm balances. There are correct alignment, function and purpose based on the individual.
- Learn how to adapt postures to maximize the full potential according to individual needs.
- Explore the power of the breath in movement- Tap into the source of unlimited potential power.
- Learn a variety of sun salutations, including flowing in a mandala (circle). The art of Dynamic flow.
- Unlock the power of Bandhas (energy locks) and Kriyas (cleanings movement with breath).
