TT Module Breakdown - Module 2 - Chakra exploration week

Picture
You will learn what are chakra’s, nadis and marma points. Where they are situated in the body and how they work.

Each morning you will experience a deep cleansing chakra yoga class that will allow your body to experience release and healing. From your personal experience you will understand the potency of energy healing in your yoga practice and this will empower you to connect with your student.

In this module we will study in depth each chakra starting with root chakra up to the crown chakra. Where they are situated in the body, the color, mantras used to open each energy center, and the emotions related to each chakra. We will look at the cause and symptoms of depleted prana and blockages within each chakra and ways to release ama or toxins using yoga as a tool.

You will learn where emotion is stored in the body, the corresponding marma points (pressure points) and high charge point, and how to
stimulate, assist and release blockage in the body.

Within this module you learn the art of energy reading, invited to trust your intuition and explore ways to release struck energy. You will be
trained to see with empathy and to connect with student, so that you will have the ability to heal as a teacher.

We will also look at how to teach one-on-one yoga, how to design a sequence according to the individual’s needs. What information and questions a
teacher needs to ask prior the set up of a private class and also how to conduct an individual session.
